  • Has over 15 years of experience in the field of subsoil use: in the State Commission on Mineral Reserves, the Federal Agency for Subsoil Use, and the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation. Prior to joining ECC, he worked at Vostokugol Management Company LLC as Head of Licensing.
  • Holds class rank of the State Councilor of the Russian Federation, level 3
  • Has been awarded the agency "Excellence in Subsoil Exploration" badge
