Kolyvansky open-pit Mine

Extensive development of Kolyvansky open-pit mine started in 2005. To increase extraction Severny mining area has been commissioned. 2007 witnessed development of the adjacent Krutikhinsky mining area.

Gorlovsky open-pit mine comprises two mining areas — Urgunsky and Gorlovsky. Their development started in 1975 and 1976.

(Urgunsky mining area amounts to 22.2 million tonnes and Gorlovsky mining area does to 2.1 million tonnes)
